It is a pizza joint. Great flavors but kitchen and ovens are shared. One of the best gluten-free crust pizzas I have had in awhile.

Flavors are awesome. My non-gluten free friends say it is right out of NYC.

I just went in here and they don't have a dedicated gluten free area and wheat crust is prepared in the same area gluten free crust is prepared. The also don't have dedicated pans/stones for gluten free.

The person at the restaurant was awesome though.

What a yummy treat eating a custom GF pizza!!! Great friendly owner & great food!
Pizza is a typical gf crust that I have had from other places but did not get sick so that was a big
2 spinach and one cheese gf manicotti. Sauce was to die for natural and a family recipe!

Service was really nice. The GF pizza was like a thin crust, nice and crispy and toppings were really great. My BF (who is not GF) loved the thin crust pizza as well. He also got the wings (which are not GF) and loved them. Great for groups/partners wanting both GF and non GF. The wife owner is celiac and highly allergic, so the GF areas are VERY clean and dedicated.

RAVIOLI!!! They even let me split and do 1/2 & 1/2 of the cheese and spinach. Their gf items are made in a different facility. Definitely recommend!

What a fantastic little restaurant. The owner is not only incredibly helpful, but also Gluten Free himself. He takes great pride in producing delicious and safe cuisine for his GF patrons. Well worth the visit, and I will absolutely return again and again. (You gotta try the GF chicken Parma & Ravioli)

After a long day of hiking my boyfriend and I ventured in, having a gluten allergy I was just going to bite the bullet and eat pizza. I was so happy when I found out that they had a gluten free menu. It's so nice to have access to food that I've been missing out on without the allergic reaction! As a plus his sauce is sugar free and salt free!

The handsome owner with the shaved head made my day. I've been searching for a gluten free pizza for 2.5 years since moving here. This is the first one that reminded me of home (Los Angeles) and funny enough I think it's the same bakery that makes the crust here (Venice, CA). Can't wait to try all the different options and fingers crossed they get a large GF crust too because I certainly want to eat as much as possible.

Ahhhhmmmaazzzing!!! Gf food is a go! Has a great selection of pizza, pasta and yes 3 different flavored cheese cake! Very knowledgeable because the owner is celiac!! Wonderful family atmosphere, I know it's small and in a dinky strip mall! But don't let that fool you!!! Delish!!

Both Celiac and gluten eaters enjoyed our pizza. For GF, expect thin crust like usual. Loved the side salad too. Friendly owner in a small strip mall restaurant. They used to serve GF cheesecake but the supplier went out of business. Took cross contamination very seriously, which is so necessary for us. Worth a visit!

The best gluten free pizza I have ever had, period. I have been gluten free for several months now and have missed not being able to eat a delicious pizza. Found Biaggio's through this app, and what a wonderful find. I will definitely be back!

The owner is soooo nice! I told him I found his pizza place on this app & that I was visiting from Colorado & he just seemed like my favorite uncle happy to welcome me to his home. I loaded up my GF pizza with toppings and I SERIOUSLY COULD NOT STOP EATING IT!! Soooooooo good! I asked if I could have my pizza cooked a bit longer so the crust would be crunchy and the owner's employee asked if it it was dark enough & if I wanted it cooked longer - how nice! I had it cooked just a bit longer because I had ordered juicy pineapple (and pepperoni & onions & green peppers & ricotta cheese - I told you I made a loaded pizza!!!). I planned on only eating 1/2 and I ate all but a slice and 1/2! What a treat to eat gluten free pizza on vacation!

I was extremely excited to try the GF spinach ravioli...but must say I am extremely underwhelmed. For $13 it only came with 4 ravioli's, which were larger but not what I would consider enough for dinner. The dough itself was tasty but combined with the marinara it tasted more like just tomato paste. Bummed, and still hungry.

GF Spinach ravioli and pizza were fabulous. The hospitality was amazing! About 20 min away from the strip....well worth the drive. And leave room for pumpkin cheesecake...you won't regret it!

Been wanting to try this place for a long time. Ordered chicken parm and buffalo chicken pizza - both of which I haven't had since going gluten-free. Both were so delicious! The chicken parm even came with gluten free cheese raviolis. And they deliver anywhere in the valley! My non gluten free boyfriend also really enjoyed his meal as well. Highly recommend!

Awesome Pizzeria in Spring Valley! The food is excellently prepared using very tasty ingredients and recipes. In addition there are many items that are gluten free. The owner keeps to a strict gluten-free diet himself, and has lots of useful information to share as he guides you through the menu. We had (All items Gluten Free): The Spinach manicotti, in the owner's family recipe marinara, and a Supreme Pizza. There were 3 large manicotti in a lake of wonderful marinara. The 16"/ Medium pizza had bountiful toppings and best of all, the crust was perfectly cooked.

The owner also brought us (very generously sized) samples of his really awesome GF Caesar Salad and Chicken Salad (unfortunately the exact version was not made GF due to a mayo situation but my wife said it was delicious).

Everything we had was wonderful and we will return.

What great service from Biaggio's Pizzeria!! We are travel to Las Vegas for a baseball tournament with our 12 year old son who has Celiacs Disease. We had read several favorable reviews and decided Biaggio's was the unanimous dinner choice. We were sold when we found out the owner is gluten intolerant. It was truly a great experience!! Biaggio himself took time with our son to explain what items were suitable for him to consume. We all shared a wonderful Caesar salad, excellent cannelloni, and a tasty GF pizza. Our son even got to enjoy a dessert of pumpkin cheesecake. We highly recommend this restaurant not only for its great GF offerings but for the level of customer care that is so willingly provided. Biaggio's is truly in the business of caring for people,

We ordered both GF and regular pizza, everyone eating the regular crust gives it thumbs up. Those of us eating GF agree the crust is the best we have tried so-far!!! Only negative thing was we were told 40-45 minutes and it took about an hour and fifteen, by that time the GF was colder than we had hoped for. But over all it was great.
