The gf pizza was probably the worst pizza i have ever had. The kids said the non-gf pizza was the best ever.
Great options. Very considerate of keeping food separate.
The service is always hit or miss here, and the gluten free menu is limited if you don’t want pasta or pizza. I love the GF flatbread and I really enjoy the chopped chicken salad. I’ve been eating here for 10+ years and have gotten sick only once or twice.
The staff was very knowledgeable about their gluten free menu. Our waiter Deborah was very nice. Gf bread for oil and Parmesan was amazing. Gf pasta and meatballs was very good. Will come back. Ask for Deborah!!
Gf menu, great selection. Ordered the gf bread, Mediterranean salad, and gf margarita pizza. All very good, salad was super good. No reactions.
Sick from a gluten reaction almost immediately after dinner even though everything was specifically ordered as gluten-free. Seems like cross contamination. Very disappointing after high hopes from all the good reviews.
I was excited for my own GF bread, worth $1! I had the brown rice pasta and meatballs, very tasty. No reaction!
I love this place so much! Always feel safe and that the staff knows what they are talking about. I have never been sick here. The gf bread they bring out is amazing !
Extensive gf menu. The food was excellent. The gf bread they give you to start is better than the non gf bread actually.
The service is amazing, the food is amazing, and the safety is amazing. Their gluten free bread they give you at the beginning of the meal is one of the main reasons I go there. It's so yummy.
Really good gluten free pasta, they also bring out gluten free bread (for $1). Great spot.
separate menu, great options and food. no reactions.
Awesome Food, Very knowledgeable staff, and Amazing Service. I had zero complaints and didn't get sick so we will definitely be going back.
The $1 appetizer bread may be the best GF bread I've had. Great service.
AMAZING. The extra $1 for the bread to snack on is totally with it. One of the best GF pasta's I've ever had. Drinks were delish as well. We were too full for dessert!
Great pasta options. Not limited to just spaghetti sauce and gf noodles like other places.
My first outing after my celiac diagnosis was to Biaggi's. I was so nervous having not been out to eat in a year. Not only did I not get sick, everything was delicious, and our waitress was wonderful and aware and took extra precautions to ensure my safety. I'll definitely be back.
Large GF menu and even have GF bread!
Excellent service. Gluten free menu with a large selection. Food was excellent. I had the chicken picante pizza. As for the price, it was very reasonable. I will be going back.
I go there all the time, I have only had 1 bad service. they r very well trained and knowledgeable
Great tasting and very knowledgeable for Celiac needs. Love the separate menu 😄
Great food! Gluten free menu available when asked and bread before meal is also amazing!
Love the options! Very knowledgable on GF menu. GF bread is great! I love the chicken parmesan (non-breaded chicken) with gf penne! Very celiac friendly.
A separate GF menu. Knowledgeable staff. GF bread and chicken alfredo was delicious!
The best gluten free bread, staff super friendly and knowledgeable.
thanks to this amazing staff. my fear of eating out is over. great gf menu i will be back over and over again. the food was amazing! service was excellent
best gf experience yet. they knew what they were doing and bring gf bread right to the table when you ask for gf menu. I told the waitress I was also trying to avoid dairy and she told me which options had very little dairy and then told me a dish that is not on the menu they could make for me and it was absolutely delicious! LOVE this place
SO AWESOME! Went there with my parents for dinner and the service was great! No need to hassle these waiters about being gluten free and the importance of cross-contamination, blah blah blah, they make a point to make it known that they are very knowledgeable about the subject! Had the gluten-free chicken piccante pizza. SO delicious! Will definitely be back!
Lots of options! Pizza, pasta, entrees...They have a separate menu and even gluten-free bread! Made it very easy to go for lunch in a professional setting, no hastle!
Ate here a few times and had a great experience! Celiac safe. GF Pizzas, pastas and a nice selection of options. Highly recommend if you’re on the area. Edit: Came back recently and was served a salad with croutons twice in one week (accidentally) even though the server flagged it each time. Very apologetic staff but a little unnerving
Excellent!!!! Delicious and great sevice
Never gotten sick but I stick to the basics...GF pasta with sauce.
I was in town visiting family and decided to give this place a try because of the great reviews! It’s didn’t disappoint! The bread was great and a perfect portion for 1 gf person. I had the Chicken Alfredo and it was amazing! I haven’t been able to find great Italian in a while. Will definitely be back!
Large separate GF menu with many many options. 1st visit May 2017 I had the chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes and spinach. Fantastic! Also ask for GF flat bread for table. I'll definitely be returning! Visit # 2 Oct 2018; SEA SCALLOP RISOTTO Seared Sea Scallops, Creamy Italian Rice with Asparagus, Corn, Cranberries and Pancetta, Basil-Leek Reduction, Red Pepper Aioli, Lump Crab This dish was highly recommended by waitress and I was not disappointed. Phenomenal Flavors!!!
After reading many positive reviews, I thought I would give this Biaggi’s location a try. My sister and I both have Celiac, and we both got very sick (most likely due to cross contamination) after ordering off the gluten free menu and notifying the waitstaff of our condition. While the waitstaff reassured us that there were separate cooking surfaces and tools used in the kitchen, they made no note of our condition while taking our orders and appeared defensive when we asked questions about the cooking surfaces and tools used.
AMAZING! I have Celiac disease and did not feel sick after eating! The staff was very knowledgeable about my disease, and they took great precautions. They even have gluten free bread to bring out as an appetizer! Their gluten free menu selection is absolutely wonderful. I will always come eat here when I am in town!
We were in town and needed to eat... when we saw gf Italian I got excited. Absolutely lovely. The ambience was intimate. We had a separate menu with multiple options. Salads, pastas, entrees, appetizers. Very knowledgeable staff. I has a salmon shrimp risotto, and my friend had the alfredo. They brought hot gf bread to us - prepared specifically for us.
The staff was very knowledgeable about a gluten allergy. My daughter (Celiac) received a gluten free menu and the waitress put in an order for GF bread right away. My daughter liked the bread and her meal, including the Creme brûlée for dessert! Would definitely return and recommend to others with Celiac Disease.
Waitress was, very knowledgeable about how specials would be made GF and offered even before I asked. Made me feel good about being there. Had the chicken parm from the GF menu. Bread was more of a pizza crust and they charge $1 a piece so probably will skip next time.
Always go there when visiting ISU, never had a problem until now. Had the GF chicken with spinach noodles. Half way through I noticed some regular full on gluten noodles on my plate. Needless to say, I was very sick and this caused me to miss most of my daughters graduation ceremony. Live and learn. Manager was concerned and comped my meal which was nice and unexpected unfortunately for me the damage could not be undone.
Not so gluten free... I ate the gluten free bread and alfredo pasta. Then I was ill for the next 4 days because I ingested gluten. It was my first time eating here, this place is really cool and I was so excited to see their whole GF menu with so many options. But it was beyond disappointing. Not only did it ruin my weekend since I ate here Friday night, but I couldn't work Monday or Tuesday because I waz still so sick. If I had thought there was a chance of getting cross contaminated food I would have just eaten fish or steak. If the person who contaminated my food had to spend 4 days in bed (like I did) with a migraine, fever, body aches, skin rash, ringing ears, and irrationally bad moods, I am confident they would be more careful and never make that mistake in the future. The food tasted good enough, but certainly not worth the money or 4 days of torture it really cost. ** I am not diagnosed celiac. I can eat foods fried in the same oil as breaded options with no issue. If I ate a normal sized bite of gluten bread or pizza crust I would become violently ill and vomit within minutes. Therefore, the amount of cross contamination I experienced here was more than just cutting my bread with a contaminated knife and less than giving me the wrong kind of pasta. The only scenario I can think of is that they probably laid my GF bread on a wheat floured pan.
You are missing out if you don't eat here! They brought out a fresh hot GF flatbread, seasoned and chewy! I had to get the Chicken Parm, excellent and definitely enough for two! Service was awesome and food was ready so quickly, even though they were busy!
