Many many gf options marked on the menu. Our server was knowledgeable and they brought out crispy tortillas that weren’t cross contaminated for me. I didn’t get sick and everything was delicious.

Do not go here is you are sensitive! My husband has celiac, ordered bien trucha tacos gluten free and ended up very sick after eating. So sad because they used to be so good about it. We have been going to this restaurant for years and now the past few times they don’t seem to care anymore. Even had a waitress say “we don’t offer gluten free options on weekend because it’s too much of a hassle.”

Hostess asked if I had any allergies upon getting to the table and said she’d fill in our waitress. However it wasn’t communicated well and I had to remind our waitress of my dietary restrictions. As soon as I did she went to the kitchen and told them to get ready to prepare our entire tables food without cross contamination. Food was great, little pricey for the amount you get though.

Amazing service, great tacos and drinks! Have never had a reaction at any of the three locations. Love this place 🥰 also have a large outdoor patio space!

I told the server about my GF restrictions, she seemed knowledgeable, and assured me she would tell the kitchen. However, I got sick. I’ve been to Bien Trucha a couple of times and was fine, but this time I wasn’t as lucky. The food is always excellent, but not worth being glutened.

Gluten sensitive. Half of the menu items say GF. it is not brought out GF unless u specifically tell them you need GF otherwise they cook GF listed items w gluten food.

Tasty tacos! Didn't try anything else on the menu, but the skirt steak tacos were really good. When leading me to my table they asked if I had any dietary restrictions. They said they would have no problem accommodating my gluten and dairy allergies. When the waitress brought the complimentary been dip, she informed me that the chips aren't gluten free so they would bring me tortillas instead. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area.

Excellent, fresh and inventive food. Our waitress was highly accommodating with my CD. No dedicated GF menu, but items on menu flagged with a "gf" label.

Very aware of GF needs. Chips are not GF safe- they are used in same fryer as other food. They let us know that. Side of grilled corn is a must! Amazing flavors. Had no reactions from eating here. When back in this area, would definitely eat here again!

The food was delicious. Stay away from the chips, though- they are fried in the same oil as gluten containing food.

Wonderful staff and delicious food. The menu has a "g" next to everything that is gluten-free! Be sure to still tell the server because they prepare the tortillas differently. Love it!!
