OMG the Cowtown BBQ burger should come with a bib! Sweet baby Ray’s barbecue sauce, pulled pork, bacon, cheddar cheese, grilled onion, leaf lettuce, tomato, and pickles on a gluten-free bun. A dedicated fryer for regular or sweet potato fries. Yes!!!!

This was my first experience since being diagnosed yesterday with gluten sensitivity and wheat. I asked about my GF options and the girl at the register was pretty knowledgeable. She even put “GLUTEN ALLERGY” but make sure you tell her or she won’t. The owner was educating the other cooks in the back about changing gloves. Don’t touch anything else once they got fresh vegetables and GF bun from the back.

The Bun was actually really good and normal size. Since most are smaller than a normal bun size. The owner made me feel good about my food being GF 100%. Thank you to Big Burger.

I felt weird telling someone about my allergy because I feel like I’m being annoying but really glad they didn’t make a scene about it at all.

The owner took the time to ease my mind and personal take care of my order. Gluten Free buns but can't have the fries due to only one fryer. He also gave packet condiments.

The fryers are shared, but they had fresh fruit as a side on kids menu. Fresh berries and melon! My celiac child was very happy with his gf bun!

I'm at Big Burger as I write his review~ This restaurant is very great for people with an allergy to Gluten (not sure about celiac because I don't have it) BUT I've never had any sort of reaction eating their GF burgers. And I eat here... A lot. They even provide turkey burgers which is great if you have an allergy to beef like I do. So I definitely recommend a GF turkey burger and fries~

When I began to order, I let them know I required gluten free for medical reasons. First thing he let me know was that he did not have a dedicated fryer. while it would have been nice to have had French fries, was not a deal breaker. Great, beefy burger! they have kettle chip is and cane sugar Dr. pepper. was a great lunch stop and reasonably priced. condiments were in individual packets for gluten free, so no worries about cross contamination from that. regular buns are handled in separate area, too!

the burgers are amazing, and gluten free, the gentleman that took my order was on top things making sure everything on my burger was GF. I will be back for sure! if they were able to dedicate a friend to make gluten free fries then I would have given them 5 stars. he did explain to me that this wasn't possible though, and I appreciate his honesty. if you have celiac disease, then you give it a try, it's my new favorite place in my area for GF.

Thy have a pretty good G- free burger! I just wish thy had a separate frier for the french fries so we could have had them to.
