I wish I could leave a better review for a place that labels their gf options on their menu, but if I could give it 0 stars, I would. When placing my order online today, the website automatically sends you to their Bothell location. The bothell location called me when the order was placed and confirmed it was for the Sammamish location, but that wait time was an hour. After an hour I went in to find my order was never placed. The front desk was very apologetic but referred me to someone else who just asked if I wanted to order. No apology, no comp on the food and told me it would be another 40 minutes for the food. In fact, she just acted like it was my fault because they were busy. When I asked to get a refund on the tip (at the least!) I was told that because I ordered online they couldn't split out the costs. When pressed further they said maybe they could refund it in cash but didn't tell the front desk. 40 minutes later I come back to find it's another 20 minutes. It's now 2 hours for my food, with again no effort done to make anything right. Including being told that they'll refund my tip by tomorrow but the refund on the tip in cash isn't possible. Who knows if the food is any good, but after 2 hours of waiting, miscommunication, and lack of customer care, it doesnt matter. I won't be back.
