Review of Big Mike's Baking Company

I absolutely love Big Mike's Baking. I was recently diagnosed as gluten intolerant and had no idea how to navigate my new world. Especially, because I love to eat cake. The Zucchini Bread was delicious. I also enjoyed the cupcakes. Big Mikes offers a variety of fresh, made from scratch, baked in site breads, cakes, pies, and lunches. They also offer gluten free ice creams. It nice to have a gluten free bakery so close to home. Although it's a bit hard to find and pricey, it's worth it to have that made from scratch taste!
