They were super accommodating and knowledgeable. We sat at the chefs table and they said that almost anything on the menu could be made gluten free save the desserts. Fantastic experience and will hopefully be returning soon.
This was bar none the best GF dining experience I have had since diagnosis in 2003. My significant other is not GF and his meal was exquisite also. The chefs know exactly what is in their dishes. Everything is made to order. The waiter, Thomas, knew what could/could not be prepared GF and made it clear to the chef that I have Celiac Disease so every precaution was taken. Biga is an amazing fine dining experience! Don't miss out!
Wait staff was knowledgeable. And there was a very yummy GF and vegan Panna cotta for dessert.

The staff was very accommodating because everything is made to order. Our waiter was knowledgeable about what contained gluten and what didn’t.
My husband and I went here for Valentine’s. We had made the reservation and informed them he had celiacs. They acknowledged this as we were seated and the server was very knowledgeable about his options. They made his salmon nacho gluten free by serving on a cucumber and his seafood stew in a saffron broth was hearty and delicious. He was also served gluten free bread and had a pavlova for dessert. Great experience!

Outstanding. No gluten free menu, but waiter was very knowledgeable and said that they could basically customize any dish, as they have a scratch kitchen. I had the snapper, and the other two people I was with had the lamb & the filet. All was amazing! Excellent service too. Highly recommend.
Waitress was clueless about gluten but she relayed all my questions to the chef and everything was fine. Food is wonderful and I'd trust the kitchen again, just hope for a different server.
I was treated to this very romantic dinner. without the worry of gluten free it was beautiful. I don't think I'll ever forget how special the date was.
Awesome service! No special GF menu, but they will instead listen to your needs and accommodate them. They made GF bread just for me. I was very impressed by the level of care and concern for my wellbeing. Extra points for attentiveness and making sure I had an excellent dining experience. I really felt like a valued guest.
Exceptional! So accommodating!! We had our company banquet here and it was wonderful! GFers even get a basket of GF bread!! We had the same foods that everyone else had, only gluten free. The dessert was AMAZING!! So nice to be treated like everyone else. All we did was tell them some of us were gluten free and they took care of it. No special 'this is what you can have' menu. If we are ever in San Antonio this is where we'll be eating for sure!!
