Review of Bigalora Wood Fired Cucina

This restaurant is marketed as having a gluten free menu and many gluten free items. The real fact is that the menu is marked but nothing is safe. The ingredients are not separated, the pasta is boiled in the same water, and there is lots of flour in the small kitchen. The rest of the group (not GF) loved their meals but it was a struggle for the celiac guest. The staff, who were very open and helpful, were able to accommodate by making pasta in a separate pot after a discussion, but this is not the place for people with any gluten issues.
