I’m celiac and engaged to the manager of Biker Jim’s. I help out in the kitchen sometimes and eat dogs often. There are no gluten free buns. If you ask you can get your dog on a bed of mixed greens so it’s not just a naked dog. The only topping I have to stay away from is the crispy onions. The fryer is shared with the fried macaroni but is switched out daily so if you can tolerate shared fryer you are good. The fries are not coated with anything themselves. All the chili is safe. The vegan dog is not safe. You can, of course, ask for a change of gloves as well.

It’s worth the trip and the dogs are amazing.

I told the man working I can’t eat gluten and he said everything on their menu has gluten in it. I told him that the menu says all of the hot dogs are gluten free, but he still said nothing is gluten free. It seemed like he just didn’t want to deal with gluten free. I don’t recommend.
