They have gluten free buns and they are delicious! You can get any burger but the salad does have croutons and dressing that isn't gluten free but our server was very helpful. He made sure everything came out gluten free. Loved the burger!
I was in NY for three days and ate here twice!!! Their burgers were delicious and they have gluten free buns (contain egg), celiac friendly as they are wrapped. I also have a dairy and soy allergy. Had a burger with LTP, bacon and guacamole!! Servers were knowledgeable and took great care of us. Fryer is not dedicated, side items are limited...so...just get a double and eat that giant delicious burger!!!
The food was generally good. Nothing spectacular but it tasted good and came as described. Our server, on the other hand, was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and gave us great information, it helped that he is gluten sensitive as well so he gets it. I had a veggie burger and the spinach dip, which I ate with veggies. Why do you ask? Shouldn't I have eaten it with chips? Nope. The chips are fried in the same fryer as the onion rings, so that was a no go. The server confirmed it for us. Also, he brought us out the list of ingredients f the veggie burger to show us that it was, in fact, gluten free. All in all I would recommend this place. Definitely make reservations via Open Table or you may have a wait. Oh, and there are a good amount of tv screens so you will be set for all sporting events. Hope this helps!
We really enjoyed our meal. Delicious burgers and friendly staff. However, the fries are not GF, so the selection of side items is very limited.
After not having had a burger in 6 months till over a few weeks ago I am now craving what I've missed all this time... Had the classic burger (extra bacon) and it was excellent!! It was accompanied by a Magners cider which was also good!
Great burgers - I had the turkey burger on a gluten free bun. Gluten-free sweet potato fries, but fried in the same oil as regular fries. Gluten-free beer (St. Peter's Sorghum Beer). They also offer a gluten-free milkshake for dessert.
Great burger and fries(they used a separate fryer)! Our waiter asked if I had an allergy and I let them know I had Celiac. They clearly labeled my plate. We went around 12pm for lunch on New Years Eve and service was super quick and our waiter was very friendly. Definitely recommend!
Good food! Great burgers and salads. We have a Gluten/Wheat allergy, and our food was kept safe. We did not get sick. Also one member of our family has a severe Peanut/Tree Nut Allergy. They reassured us no Peanuts, No Nuts. It was great! Fries and grill uses Soy Oil. We were very happy with our dinner. Our waiter, Keith, was very kind, caring, helpful, he spoke with the Chef about our food allergies. The restaurant is a two floor (ground floor and basement levels for seating). Keep in mind it is also a bar and has loud music. It has subway access right to the downstairs dining area and bar until 11:00 pm. Thank you!
Food took about 30+ minutes for two cheeseburgers. There was no bacon on my mom's burger like she asked. I got two bites into mine before realizing the bottom bun was not gluten free. They switched the bottom buns of my mom and I. Took 20 minutes to remake my burger. They were not even very good burgers unfortunately. When all was said and done, we were very understanding, and they charged us for everything, including the bacon. Never again!
I was at Harrah's for a conference and needed to grab a quick dinner. Being gluten and dairy free it was a challenge. However this worked out great. I sat at the bar and ordered the chopped salad and a price of grilled chicken. I ask for no croutons and no cheese. The bar tender immediately ask if I had any allergies and went out back to talk to the cook for me. The salad and chicken were great and I greatly appreciated the help from the bartender.
I wasn't sure about this place but our server was very knowledgable and told us they take allergies very seriously. I had a salad with shrimp and sweet potato fries. My son had a burger gf and fries. They offered to make the fries celiac friendly as typically they are not gf because of cc in the fryer. When our food came out it had allergy stickers all over it so this definitely made me feel that they got it. Also they had several cider options which was nice! I was impressed and it's reasonably priced.
Me and my friend (eats gluten) ordered everything was fine.. Then I got given a gluten burger... The manager didn't apologise and made me feel it was my fault and gave me a lecture! When one of his servers said it was the gluten free meal (only the original server apologised!) spent all night throwing up ruined my night! Never go there again!
Ignore all bad reviews. Literally the best burger I've had in my entire life, even before I knew I had celiac. So good I came back a second time in one weekend--the first time I tried it! I had the onion soup patty melt and asparagus... OMG. Amazing. And my bf had a normal bun and it was falling apart, but my GF bun was delicious, not soggy, and stayed together no problem. Also, the service the first time was just okay, but still cautious about GF! The second time, our server Cory was phenomenal. He was not only knowledgable about GF stuff, but he was a good time and just the right amount of attentive without being annoying. 10/10, would do again.
I wasn't very hungry, but needed to eat before seeing a Broadway show, so a salad was fine with me. There were other choices, including gf buns for the burgers. My plate came with a sticker attached alerting all to "allergy". It is conveniently located in Rockefeller plaza, but is also very noisy.
