My boyfriend and I both have Celiac. we are tired of cauliflower and bad dough. We heard this place is good so we gave it a try. Best Gluten-free Buns made fresh! I got a cheeseburger with Vegan Cheese and a GF Bun. They made the Bun fresh. You can order a loaf to bring home. My boyfriend had a gluten-free Pizza. The Pizza is so delicious that you can't even tell the crust is different.

the BEST safe to eat pizza. you wont even notice that the crust is gluten free. plus they called to make sure i knew the meatballs werent gf since my partner ordered them. super sweet.

We ordered a gf/df pizza for my son and I to split for take out. It was so good I never would have guessed the crust was gf.

*this is inside 3rd street tap. So if you go Billy Bricks isn’t on the door. We were a little confused when we showed up but found it.

This is the first time ive ordered a pizza since being diagnosed with celiac (2019) and this did NOT disappoint! I highly recommend billy bricks for any celiac looking to get restaurant pizza!

I have eaten here several times and never had an issue. They make their GF dough daily and sell it in a bread loaf to take home. I have eaten the pizza and sandwiches.
