I have gone to Billy's several times and have never had an issue. The meal is always delicious! Limited in options, but care is taken to ensure the meal is prepared gluten free/appropriately. I've never had an issue here and the servers always seem knowledgeable.

Called restaurant ahead of time to check if the clam chowder is gluten free. I was informed .. “ Yes, our chowder is gluten free!” So we decided to go.... Once placing order with our waitress, I confirmed with her that the chowder is gluten free.. She responded, “No, chowder is not gluten free!” Now I’m not confident at the eating establishment... To be on the safe side.. I ordered a Caesars Salad and a iced coffee.. No Clam Chowder for me today... Oh well....

Staff was very knowledgeable and they did have a gluten friendly menu. But the lobster and baked sea food was all GF, and they warned us that the chowder was not due to an ingredient in the sauce. We have eaten here many times and had no issues.

Small gluten free menu available. No gluten free bread options. I did have the most delicious salad with lump crab meat though! Very fresh.

Not many menu choices. Steak wasn’t fresh. Everything seemed overpriced and not worth the cost. Friendly staff though

Waitress and Kitchen was very familiar with Celiac Disease! We ordered the GF Mussels as an appetizer and had scallops and baked haddock for supper! It was delicious! I would definitely recommend!

Billy's includes a gluten free menu along with the regular menus, which was a nice change from having to ask. There really aren't options such as gluten free rolls or fries. The menu just separates out what items from the regular menu do not contain gluten. I ended up ordering a salad with grilled chicken. Their gluten free salad dressing list was nice and I appreciated having Caesar dressing instead of oil and vinegar.

waitress was gf and was very helpful. they have a small gf menu but the kitchen was very accommodating to my dairy allergy as well.
