Been here a few times. Amazing donuts and a great selection of premade gluten free meals in a fridge to take home and heat up if you’re in a pinch. Amazing fresh baked gluten free bread too. Will be coming here many times in the future

Awesome GF gem in downtown Troy! Had one of the glazed donuts and a fresh breakfast sandwich and wow that was the best donut I have ever had (almost two decades GF so that’s saying something). Sadly don’t live in the area but will be back anytime I am visiting!!

What a gem! Adorable neighborhood location and lovely, helpful staff. Had apple cider, cinnamon fritters that were to die for. Bought a loaf of bread and sandwich rolls. My daughter ate the bread as soon as we got in the car, couldn’t even wait til we got it home as it was still warm! Wish we lived closer to be able to frequent this business.

This place is brand new and great. Owner says everything is gf. My non celiac boyfriend and family loved everything. The pizza crust was incredible and you could not tell it was gf. it has been the best pizza since diagnosis. i had a turkey panini. this was the first time since panera i’ve had a panini and oh man was is delicious. the bread is amazing and very flavorful sandwich. we had cookies for dessert which were delicious too. i’m so grateful to have found this gem.

Everything here is delicious! You can get food there, baked goods, and he has a freezer section with stuff you can take and bake! We have taken pizzas home and they are phenomenal! Also the apple cider donut holes are incredible! Celiac safe!

The owner was so friendly and had great information about the products. I went on a Tuesday so there wasn’t as much in the case as he said there usually is after the weekend rush. The complimentary apple cider donut hole was incredible. Definitely the best donut I’ve had in years. I got a few of those to go along with frozen pizza crusts, pretzels and a panini for lunch. The bread had a great texture. Happy to support a small local business who is trying hard to give delicious and safe options to the GF community. I will definitely be going back

Everything is 100% gluten free and delicious. It is a small little shop with only one guy doing all the work. We ordered a chicken salad panini, Buffalo chicken sandwich and mozz sticks. Everything was great - me and my non celiac wife think it might be the best gluten free bread we have ever had. It took about 20 minutes to make everything so while we waited he gave us each a complementary cinnamon doughnut fresh out of the oven - will absolutely be back next time we are in the area

Stopped in to check out this sweet little spot and the owner suggested I try one of their apple cider donut balls. They were pillows of cinnamon deliciousness. Irresistibly good. Bought some of their bread; it was a little dense but good tasting as toast for sandwiches. Their frozen pizza crust was the best gf crust I’ve tasted. Will definitely return.

Ordered gluten free cupcakes for a bridal shower and they were amazing! I was blown away at the consistency and they just tasted so yummy! Non gluten free family members who tried them thought they were fantastic too. Also got the cinnamon-y doughnut holes and they were so good. I’ll be back!

My husband and I stopped here today so I could try them out. My husband is not gluten free and is very picky about gluten free food. I hadn’t had a cider donut in 10 yrs and was so excited to have one, much less one that was so good. I bought one for my husband and he really enjoyed it as well. Their sandwich bread is delicious! My husband actually said he would eat it it is so good. I also bought some chocolate chip cookies and they were really good! The owner is very friendly and helpful, he answered all our questions and talked about what he had to offer. He gave me a couple samples. I also bought the pizza dough but haven’t tried it yet. I would totally recommend this dedicated gluten free bakery.

To say this is just a bakery doesn’t do it justice. The savory treats like the Mac and cheese, fresh bread rolls, and mozzarella sticks, are amazing! Dallas is a keen business owner with a ton of experience preparing food for Celiacs and non-Celiacs and wants everyone to enjoy eating, whether they need to eat GF or not. What an amazing model! I, too, look forward to someday grabbing some of the yummy treats to be shipped downstate!

My son, celiac and myself, also gf stopped for lunch. We got the Han and Swiss panini and chx tenders. We also grabbed 5 apple cider donut holes and 2 cookies. Food was pretty good. Panini wasn’t amazing, and it was smaller than even a typical sandwich, but it certainly was good. My son loved the tenders. The donut holes were also yummy!

So delicious! We needed to stop for lunch on our way home from Vermont so we decided to give it a try since it is dedicated gf. We had the pizza, the grilled chicken panini, the tuna melt, chocolate chip cookies, soft pretzels and the donuts. I know it is a lot but it was all delicious. The staff and owner were super friendly as well. We will definitely be back!!

This is a wonderful little gluten-free bakery. Cupcakes, cookies, cinnamon sugar donuts, bread, rolls and more. There’s also a sandwich and pizza menu to-go (the owner says he’ll offer indoor dining soon), and a freezer full of pizza crusts, bread, mozzarella sticks and other delicious bits to take home. I tried the bread, donuts and a sandwich. I can say that it seems like the same dough recipe is used for each. But, it’s lovely. The bread is springy, chewy, fluffy, and holds up nicely to sandwich toppings or would be great to use in bread pudding or French toast recipes as well. The owner is super nice and it sounds like gluten-free bakeries have long been part of his family business. Please support this small business!
