There was an amazing selection of choices for GF. After speaking with the owner, they are also Nut free! There knowledge of Gluten and other allergies is fantastic. The disclose that their kitchen is Not gluten free, however their care to their patrons meals was fantastic. I had the pan seared scallops with zucchini risotto. (I'd get it again!)

The Birchwood has great food and atmosphere and now they have lots of excellent gluten free options. One of my favorite restaurants and they are very careful about other food allergies as well.
