Review of Bistango

A gem! This fine dining Italian restaurant is basically a gluten-free restaurant, which they don’t advertise as gluten-free. Everything on their only menu, they say “can be made gluten-free,“ but I later found out after visiting the place every day for four days, that it’s really a gluten-free restaurant with the exception of gluten bread, which they purchase. The food and service was great.
