Bistro 63 at the monkey Bar and Grill

I have been here twice and would go back again. I had the chicken risotto both times and it was delicious. They have a limited menu labeled with gf items but everything we have had has been great. They also carry Omission is you can tolerate gluten reduced beer (I cannot).

Ugh I am so sick after eating here. I haven’t been this sick in years. The really sad part?! It was DELICIOUS!!! I had the chicken risotto and it was yummy. It was marked with a GF on the menu and I told the waitress I had celiac’s and to please relay it the chef. Maybe she forgot to tell them?? Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars but as I lay in a ball wishing to die I have to give it a one star review.

I’ve had good food and a good experience both times I’ve gone! Extensive gluten free selection because of the gf pasta option. No GF fryer so I can’t get things like French fries, but the staff knew upfront what was celiac safe and what was just gf.

Delicious! The lamb shank is great. I’ve eaten there a few times and have never gotten sick.

This is our go to place for a great gluten free restaurant in Amherst. Unlike some other restaurants that can accommodate a gf diner by leaving out sauces etc that make the dish so special, Bistro 63 has many entrees that can be ordered off the menu that are complex and flavorful. The kitchen staff and chef are very knowledgeable and careful- it's too bad the previous reviewer happened to have a waitress who was not. We've never had a bad experience and the restaurant is a hit for all members of our dining party.

This place has delicious food. There is not a specific GF menu, however the menu has a statement about GF. The staff is knowledgeable and the chef is accommodating. They offer GF pasta and there are plenty of options to eat there as a GF person. They also offered a homemade GF ice cream cake that was very good.
