Wonderful dining experience! Felt like a bistro straight out of Paris, but with its own unique character. *Execution* was superb - I’m a foodie cursed with Celiac in my later life; I appreciate good food (and cook quite a bit of my own.) This place was top-notch. *Service* was personal and friendly - both Thomas and Shane were charismatic and professional. Thomas read the entire French-only menu to us in English when we arrived and made sure we felt at-home. *Safety*: this place does not have a dedicated gluten-free menu. That said, the wait-staff was diligent, respectful, and careful. Best of all, there were clear lines of communication, and after I told one staff member of my restriction, the whole (small) restaurant-staff knew and had mobilized to ensure my safety. Go here for concierge-grade service and delicious cuisine. 10/10.
90% of the menu is gluten free! The staff is very knowledgeable, celiac friendly, and the chef will find substitution if necessary (for the 10% left). I’m coeliac and very sensitive to gluten: never had any trouble in that nice place, and had wonderful meals there! One of the best table in Montreal for sure. Don’t forget to BYO wine!
