Bistro Madeleine

This is a wonderful French restaurant in the heart of Utrecht. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and was able to quickly identify the dishes that were free of gluten. She also offered to have some fresh gluten free bread baked for me while we waited for our main courses. When my meal was delivered (by a different server) he confirmed that it was gluten free without being asked indicating that care had been taken in the kitchen. The food is superb with a nice wine list to accompany. Highly recommended!
