Review

I had a very positive experience at Bistro Malle Jan! Although the place is not signalled as one who adapts to gluten intolerants and celiacs, I have decided to try it out anyways. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the waiters took good care of my situation and kept it in mind at all times. They indicated to me all of the dishes that could be also made gluten free and explained to me how they switch them up to adapt them for clients with gluten problems. About 80% of the dishes could be made gluten free and fries are also fried in a different frier, so they are also gluten free. They have gluten free bread options as well. Mind that the menu does not mention allergens, but waiters are well prepared and ready to help if you inform them about your allergy.
