UPDATE: I discovered that the fryer is also used to make onion rings - but only for dinner. I tested the pommes frites twice with my Nima Sensor. They were safe at lunch time, but not safe at dinner time. Tested on two different days. So...no fries for dinner.

We eat here regularly, at least once a week. My sister and I both have celiac disease. The chef is very careful with our food, and we have never had a bad reaction after eating here. They do not need a "dedicated fryer " because they do not fry any breaded foods, and the pommes frites are wonderful. We can eat the salads without croutons, the steak frites, the hamburger (no bun, no Bleu cheese), salmon, mussels, flourless chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, berries & mascarpone, creme brulee. The food is wonderful, the staff is wonderful - just tell them you have celiac disease!
