Ordered through DoorDash, which didn’t offer an option for special instructions, and spoke to Tyler on the phone immediately afterwards. He was super helpful and made sure the kitchen knew to use precautions to prevent cross contamination for the order. Good, hot food. Not a particularly diverse menu, but the stuff they do have is quite good.

They got rid of the gluten free menu and just have a few items marked on the regular menu.

Gluten free pizza is decent. Ordered a burger with no bun and was amazed how well they delivered it. They packed it with tons of toppings. Do not leave without ordering a gf pazzookie!
Broccoli cheddar soup is good, but only served a few days a week. The pizza was decent, but overcooked. The Berry Burst GF cider on tap is delicious. The GF pizookie is incredible.

While this place seemed knowledgeable about GF, my son and I were disappointed with the pizza. With the very thin crust most restaurants have for GF pizza, it's easy to cook it too much; our crust was a little on the burned side and the outer edge was rock hard. BUT I would like to eat here again and choose something else off the menu. They have GF menu with a lot off choices. They also have a GF pazookie, which was excellent for dessert. Great place#

Ordered a cheese pizza, spinach artichoke dip w celery, fresh gluten free chocolate chip cookie w ice cream. Ice cream came in it’s own container. Delicious. Pizza had no sauce but was good. Was told fries were safe over phone but when hot yo restaurant was told not safe and not on gf menu.

Each BJ has pretty mixed reviews, decided this one seemed safer from others, still got glutened. I don’t have issues with cross contamination but do have issues consuming gluten. I followed their online guide and all the food served seemed gluten free. I still had a bad reaction. I think the company just has no idea what they are doing. I noticed a GF labeled salad had couscous which is made from wheat, this gave me doubt on their labels. Ordered a GF bun with my burger and mashed potatoes, I felt gross within moments. Don’t know which it was, just know I wouldn’t risk going to this chain again. Edit: Worst gluten reaction I’ve had in a VERY long time

Although I feel confident they did great to ensure gluten free - celiac safe, they have a severe lack of options for dairy free. In addition, the fries are in a shared frier. The pizzas can be gluten free but they don’t have vegan cheese. The cider tap is dedicated cider, so that is safe. So, gluten free- good. Vegan/dairy free extremely limited options. And, diary free/vegan is not labeled on the menu so the server had to go back and forth to the kitchen many times to answer dairy free options. She did a great job ensuring she had the correct answer for us.

The food was great. The server went out of his way to be sure that my allergies were accommodated.
