The ice cream was good, but my experience wasn't. I had read a review about this place and how they were helpful and knowledge about Celiac/gf. The girl behind the counter "didn't know" and didn't care to ask any of her co-workers. I then said, "You make your ice cream daily, does anyone else know what is gluten free?" She asked, and told me that everything is gf except Oreo and malt. She didn't care to ask if it was an allergy or preference. She didn't change scoopers. I ordered vanilla, and was supposed to get 2 scoops, it was the very end of the bucket, so I didn't even get 2 full scoops. Then while my bf was waiting for his smoothy, she refills it with a brand new bucket of vanilla. That would have been a much better option for me. Three of the four workers working today didn't seem to take any interest in their jobs, let alone my health issues.

Oreo and malt ice cream has gluten and the rest is ok for gluten allergy. Didn’t get a waffle cone.

We went here because we heard it was the best ice cream in Sedona. When we got here, the girl behind the counter was knowledgeable about which flavors were gluten free. She asked if it was an allergy and when I said yes, she scooped it with a clean scooper from a fresh container. The ice cream was incredibly delicious and I would come back if I had more time in Sedona.
