Everyone was very knowledgeable about cross-contamination; everyone from the hostess to the food runner seemed to be aware of the importance. They took it very seriously and made me at ease by Specifically speaking to the chef. Lots of gluten-free options on the menu that are easily marked. Food was amazing!
