Yum! Waitress was knowledgeable about celiac/gluten free. I had the mechanic burger on a gf bun with fries and a hard cider. The bun was very good but it did crumble a bit. I still count it as a win because of the option to have a bun.

Delicious!! I ordered the burger with street fries. They have a gf bun that they toast on the grill - I asked for it not toasted. Fryer only has fries and safe for gf. Food was amazing!

Super dynamic flavour profiles. Amazing food. I had the pork belly burnt ends, street corn soup, and street fries. The food was amaaaazinggg. My mind melted away a few times. For drinks, they have no celiac safe vodka or gin, so I focused on Tequila and Rum Drinks. P.s. they don’t do breakfast anymore.

Extremely nice and did not treat me any different. I asked a lot of questions and they never got frustrated. Seperate fryer and also gluten free buns. This is the first restaurant where as soon as I said I have a gluten allergy (celiac) my waitress actually wrote it down. They will take out most of anything on any item that has gluten so it is gluten free. Would come back again and again. The buns for the burger did crumble but I just ate it with a fork - it's not an issue once you've been without a good burger out to eat for so long!!!

Came here because of the reviews on this app! Did not disappoint. My husband (beer lover) was able to have his beloved flights of beer while I got to eat, stress free! Great spot.

Our server was awesome! Told me they have tons of celiac people in all the time. Dedicated fryer was a treat! Had the street fries and thai fried chicken. First time having fried chicken in years, it was amazing! And didn’t get sick after :)

Wow! Not only is the vibe unreal at Blake but the gluten free options were amazing!! They have a dedicated GF fryer and really took the time to listen/understand my dietary restrictions (I’m also dairy free, which they had lots of subs/options for). The Thai fried chicken in particular was really good. Great option for a night out with pals, but also family friend. They offer GF Whistler brewing beer.

I’ve eaten here a couple times and never been sick, always enjoyed the food. That said, their servers are hit and miss and not all of them seem fully confident in what’s GF and what isn’t. Also, having runners drop off meals instead of the server is a major downside because the runners almost never confirm it’s GF.

Super experience at Blake for dinner! Many items were available gluten free, and staff were really helpful and knowledgeable.

Great experience at the Blake! Several options on the menu that were GF or could be made so, and the server was very aware of what celiac is/ precautions to ask the kitchen to take. They told me they have a separate fryer for fries etc. I had the cobb salad and it was great.

Their street fries are awesome, The burger was nothing to write home about. Neither was the Vermicelli bowl. But they are amazingly knowledgeable, and understand and take allergies seriously. Highly recommend

What an amazing experience, the menu has lots of GF options and WOW! The Duck Wings are quite something, if you do one thing in Canmore, it’s try the duck wings at BLAKE.

Waitress seemed knowledgeable. She said that they did indeed have a dedicated fryer but that the breakfast hashbrowns had gluten but the fries were safe. I went with the fries and they were great. The burger was just okay. I love to see these places offer a glutenfree bun but they need to either toast it or nuke it a bit to make it edible. (They get so dry if you don't.) I do recommend this place for sure. Quite an interesting menu with a few different gf options. Good vibe too. Thumbs up.

When i requested a gluten free bun for my meal, the waitress confirmed whether I was celiac or preference. Lots on menu listing GF, V and dairy free. Nice atmosphere and good selection of food. We all really enjoyed our meal.

The menu is marked what is gf, but they don’t have a gf fryer, so make sure to ask before believing the menu. Brunch they can do a great breakfast burger with a really great bun, or eggs benny on gf toast. The staff was not super knowledgeable, but friendly and happy to ask the chef for clarification. Beware the popcorn they put on the table. Sometimes it is gf, sometimes it is flavoured with malt vinegar, so not safe.
