Waitress seemed knowledgeable. She said that they did indeed have a dedicated fryer but that the breakfast hashbrowns had gluten but the fries were safe. I went with the fries and they were great. The burger was just okay. I love to see these places offer a glutenfree bun but they need to either toast it or nuke it a bit to make it edible. (They get so dry if you don't.) I do recommend this place for sure. Quite an interesting menu with a few different gf options. Good vibe too. Thumbs up.
