The staff was great-their GF crust for pizza is comparable to the real thing and they use trays to keep things separate. They do not have a dedicated oven and can't guarantee cc but our 5 yo daughter with CD loved her pizza and didn't have pain after.

They do have gluten free crust and changed their gloves but then used the same ladle to smear sauce on to the pizza and cross contaminate :/ just depends on your sensitivity level
