I absolutely LOVE this place! The GF crust is amazing and the staff is well trained and knowledgeable about celiac needs. They change gloves, offer new sauce, and have color coded utensils to ensure new cross contamination. They also cook the pizza on a special mat to ensure it doesn’t get contaminated while baking. I’ve eaten here a handful of times and have never gotten ill. They also have goat cheese! It’s fantastic to have a quality pizza place!
