Excellent. Used gluten free dough, the person preparing changed gloves and grabbed toppings from under the table, changed gloves grabbing pizza from the oven. The establishment seemed very well versed in avoiding cc.

Stood in line here and then decided to not eat here. I watched the employee grab the dedicated gf pan and flip it over so it was covered with wheat flour before starting to prepare the pizza. I did not feel safe eating here!

Gloves were changed before touching gluten-free dough and equipment was wiped down. Still a chance for crossover. They also have vegan cheese for those going dairy-free.

I had been to this location a couple times. Then got very badly glutened recently. Definitely a lot of cross contamination.
