Review of Blaze Pizza

The chain of communication failed at first. My kid has Celiac and would need extra precautions was lost after the first person. They had to remake the pizza, but they were happy to do so. Make sure to ask that they leave the GF crust on the tray for the oven and it not get placed on the cooling rack at the end. You will also have to be clear that a new slicer is needed. Otherwise the pizzas were really delicious (both GF and regular).
