The GF pizza is cooked in the same oven as the regular pizza. The place is set up sort of like a pizza edition similar to Chipotle (you choose the crust, instruct them on what toppings to put on it, etc) If you are sensitive to cross contamination, I would recommend watching the servers and asking them to make sure they change their gloves and the pizza cutter, and to wipe down the pizza spatula. I got their gluten free crust with a variety of toppings and it was pretty good, and I didn’t have any glutening symptoms. It was tasty, not the best, though,I’d give it a B- rating overall.
