Review of Blaze Pizza

They offer Gf crust but that’s about it. There was Gluten everywhere! Even with a glove change there is still traces of gluten in the cheese and all the toppings. They are supposed to cook the Gf pizza on a separate tray in the oven but our pizza was deliberately taken off the GF tray to finish cook the center. Unfortunately this is not an option for celiacs period.
