I love Blaze Pizza. Their one of the only pizza chains where you can get gluten free white sauce. I’ve been countless times and never got sick.

I got so sick. I'm sensitive to gluten but no celiac. They did put the pizza on a separate mat but used the same gloves and pizza paddle to check the oven in the pizza. Would not recommend.

The staff was accommodating and changed gloves, put my pizza on a separate mat, and took ingredients from new bins after I requested that. However… my pizza was not great. I came on a game day so I’m sure when they are not as busy they will be more consistent, but my pizza ended up with almost no cheese and the basil was burnt.
Edit: I was cross-contaminated, confirmed by a blood test that showed a recent exposure. Try to only go here at less busy times for the best chance of it being ok.

Staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. They used separate sauces, changed gloves, baked pizza in oven on gluten free mat, and used separate cutting utensils.
Yes
It was pretty good, and I only had mild allergic reaction. I do not think this place is safe for those with strong allergic reactions. I was nervous the entire time they were making it, but they pulled through. I think it’s cooked with all the other pies and that’s why there is some cross contamination.
No
Offered to change gloves, explained which toppings are gluten free & used separate utensils for each topping & sauce. They also used a separate tray for pizza when baking & cutting the pie. The staff was very kind & courteous.
They always ask if you need them to change gloves and are very careful about cross-contamination. The gluten free pizza is delicious!
Yes
They are great about not have anything with gluten touch your food . They change there gloves and use a different toppings bar .
I was very impressed by their gluten free thoroughness. I had to wait a while for them to get a GF crust out, but when they did, the guy changed his gloves before touching it and then stayed with my pizza all the way to the oven. (Their usual method is to have an assembly line where 3 people prep your pizza). I asked the final guy to not cut my pizza but he pointed out that they have a separate GF cutter. He too changed his gloves before touching the pizza. Very thorough! Unfortunately I found the pizza crust and overall flavor to be just so-so. I have had much better GF pizza in the Phoenix AZ area (where I currently live). Picazzos and NYPD have great GF pizza, so good that non GF people eat there.
Yes
If you have celiac, beware. This place is not gluten free! Yes, they have gluten free crusts, but they spread the sauce on your gf pizza with the same soon they use on regular pizza dough. Yes, they change their gloves, but they get ingredients from bins that have been contaminated with flour. I do not recommend this place if you don't want to be glutened.

best gluten free pizza around!
Best gluten free pizza for the price! Any and all the toppings you want. They change gloves and make sure the dough area is clean before making your pizza. Friendly staff and great food.
Yes
There is no way on god's green earth this place is making a pizza that is safe for a celiac. Walked in to see flour dusted all over the counter next to the food prep area. Warning sign said "we can't guarantee there won't be cross contact with gluten containing ingredients." Staff was very friendly and nice, helped me pick a salad and dressing with their allergen info sheets.

best gluten free pizza for your money! unlimited toppings!!! they take extra care to prevent cross contamination including new gloves, sauce from a separate container, special utensils, and a special mat they cook the pizza on so it doesn't touch the oven. no noticeable reaction so far and I have been there several times.
I am a very sensitive celiac patient, thus very afraid of eating out. As I entered Blaze on Friday afternoon, the staff immediately welcoming and friendly. I told the employee that it was very important for me to get a gluten free pizza, and he immediately changed his gloves and took care of the gf pie for me. Blaze provides an online allergen guide and most of the ingredients they use are naturally gluten free. The ingredients, which are mostly very natural and of superior quality, are all dealt with separately, and from my standpoint there is minimal risk of cross contamination. I ate my whole pie in one seating and had no reaction whatsoever. The restaurant is clean and has a very nice atmosphere. I am so glad to have found a place where I can get a fresh gluten free meal for under $10!
Yes
I fled this place after watching the assembly line of servers putting pizzas together and shuffling them all down a line. Ingredients are all out in the open, so contamination seemed unavoidable. After watching pizzas tossed into oven one after the other, felt unsafe with my restrictions and bailed.
This was hands-down my favorite pizza of our road trip! They used separate methods and equipment for my pizza and it was bursting with flavor.
Yes
Excellent. Gluten free options for pizza. The server always asks if it for an allergy or not. We have eaten at Blaze three times. The food and service have been outstanding Neat place. No side effects either
Yes
This place is not gluten free! They offer a gluten free crust but there is a serious amount of cross contamination going on from the utensils to the oven, not to mention the sheer amount of flour flying around. If you have celiacs, steer clear!
No
Not Celiac-safe; I got sick with the cauliflower crust pizza, and we even informed them it was allergy-related prior.

When asked about gluten-free crust, opening new toppings from the back to avoid cross-contamination, using separate utensils, I was told if they had time they would but normally they just grab from the same containers and they’ve never seen anyone sick in years. I said well I’m glad no one’s reported being sick, but anyone that is truly celiac could get sick the way you’re grabbing the cheese and putting it on the regular pizza dough. Very disappointing.

We love Blaze Pizza, and this location was the best so far about taking cross contamination precautions with no fuss, no funny looks, and no acting confused. They changed gloves, cleaned surfaces, and used sauce and cheese from the back. The staff were super nice, including being very sweet to my 5 year old who insisted on ordering for all of us. :)
The crust was not bad, and not undercooked like it was at another location.

They used a separate dish to prepare, cook and serve my pizza on as well as a separate pizza cutter. They had a separate container of red sauce for the gluten free pizzas. It was delicious and I did not get sick.
