I have Celiac and I've eaten here several times with no issues- I can't guarantee this would be the case for people who are really sensitive, since the kitchen certainly has lots of gluten, but the allergen guide on their website is very helpful and the pizza is great. I ordered delivery tonight and a minute after I placed my order, I got a call from the general manager of the store because he thought one of the sauces I ordered had gluten. He looked through every source he had to find the ingredients for me and make sure my food was safe. Super nice staff and great food!

I have celiac and am very sensitive. I eat here often and have never gotten sick. They change gloves, put a special liner under the pizza in the oven, use a special ladle and bucket of sauce. I have been super impressed!
I have celiacs disease and go here all the time. They change gloves and are very conscientious. Great staff. Mariah and her assistant manager are wonderful.
Gluten free crust, shared oven. No designated pans for gluten free. My daughter was cross contaminated, even when we asked for unopened cheese and sauce.
Amazing gf dough. Offered to change gloves. Cut pizza with dedicated pizza cutter.
Alas, I got glutened.
I heard that Blaze Pizza was a safe place for celiacs, so I decided to take the risk and try it. I went as soon as it opened in the morning, when there would be the least amount of flour dust in the air and in the ovens. I choose the gluten-free cauliflower pizza crust with two or three simple toppings.
The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They pointed me out to exactly which toppings had gluten in which ones did not, including the cheeses and sauces. A manager gave her employee specific instructions about changing gloves and not letting the crust touch the counter, and the employee willingly complied. I wore a mask while I was inside and then ate outside. The pizza was delicious, top-tier.
However, a bit later I began feeling abdominal pains, bloating, and that weird stitch on one side of my ribcage. For the next few days, I had glutening symptoms. I felt like I had done everything right as far as I was able, except of course for going to a pizza restaurant in the first place. It seems that even the most careful practices from my end and theirs weren't enough.

Not Celiac-safe; I got sick with the cauliflower crust pizza, and we even informed them it was allergy-related prior.

When asked about gluten-free crust, opening new toppings from the back to avoid cross-contamination, using separate utensils, I was told if they had time they would but normally they just grab from the same containers and they’ve never seen anyone sick in years. I said well I’m glad no one’s reported being sick, but anyone that is truly celiac could get sick the way you’re grabbing the cheese and putting it on the regular pizza dough. Very disappointing.

We love Blaze Pizza, and this location was the best so far about taking cross contamination precautions with no fuss, no funny looks, and no acting confused. They changed gloves, cleaned surfaces, and used sauce and cheese from the back. The staff were super nice, including being very sweet to my 5 year old who insisted on ordering for all of us. :)
The crust was not bad, and not undercooked like it was at another location.

Cardboard pizza, expected but still disappointed. Had better pizza in a school cafeteria.
