Review of Blaze Pizza

As long as you tell the staff that you have a Gluten Allergy you are totally okay! I used to eat pizza 1- 3 times a week before I found out I had Celiac, now this is the only pizza I eat for two reasons 1) Best GF pizza dough and most amazing crust out there. 2) They will be very careful about cross contamination if you alert them. I probably eat here at least once a week and have not gotten sick and I have high sensitivity.
