NOT a safe place for those with celiac, in my opinion.

They will change their gloves for those with celiac.

They press their dough (both GF and regular) on the same dough press machines, without cleaning between.

Their toppings are GF, but they use the same toppings for those with celiac or not, so after handling regular dough, the put their hands in the cheese, meats, veggies, etc.

They do use a sauce from the end of their line that has a cover over it instead of the open sauce on the line.

They bake their pizzas in the same brick oven directly on the surface regular pizzas sit on.

They remove the pizzas with same paddles as regular pizzas.

They place all pizzas (GF and reg) on racks after removing them from oven while they wait for cutting. Pizzas were overlapping and crowded, plus crumbs were all over.

They cut the GF pizza with the same cutter as the regular pizzas.

They were very friendly, but unfortunately, I do not feel they offer a celiac safe pizza.

Celiac friendly?

No
