When I went in 2023, gloves and utensils were changed, but pizza tasted like scorching hot cardboard
They had many gluten free toppings but never changed their gloves or utensils when handling my food after touching other pizzas
Great staff!! Asked for gluten free crust and they clarified it was an allergy. Cooked crust on different area, changed gloves and were very attentive. Pizza was delicious 🤩

There is a dedicated press for GF crusts, a separate covered container of sauce (with separate ladle) and separate pizza slicer. GF crusts go into the oven on a separate mat so as to minimize risk of contamination. Staff also changed gloves before making my pizza.
They have gluten free crust, however they us all the same tools that they use on the wheat pizza.

This location is wonderful. They are more than happy to change gloves and ask them to get toppings from underneath. I go all the time and have only been cross contaminated once or twice.
The seasoned employees were very knowledgeable and very careful about cross contact. Great experience. Yummy pizza
Staff insured that no surfaces were cross contact. They have a gluten free crust along with a cauliflower crust. The staff changes gloves and has a special mat for the prep and the oven. They have their own sauce and toppings for allergies. I did not have any symptoms after.
I always love Blaze. Their gluten free crust is good and they do a glove change and cook it on a plastic sheet to keep it separate. Also use sauce from a different container instead of the regular container. I’ve never gotten sick here. They also offer two types of crust: gluten free and cauliflower.
Blaze pizza is a great option as my family is not gluten free, and we all want something different from our pizza. However, this is not a great option for someone who can not handle any cross contamination. Although they do glove change between my families pizzas and mine, they are still getting ingredients from the same containers.
