They always offer to change gloves and use separate everything to cook my meals before I can even ask truly love it here and couldn’t be happier with the precautions they take!
Food was amazing and cheap. If you have a problem with cross contamination just let them know when they ask if it’s an allergy and they’ll be extra careful. I loved it!
Pizza was unfortunately cross contaminated as they were preparing it. Once cooked, in order to cut it, it was placed on the same rack as all the gluten pizza. There was no separate plate or rack the pizza was cut on. The paper it was plated with had just been on the same counter as all the gluten pizzas.

Very good crust celiac aware
Many GF options. I’d rather pay for a GF BYO pizza here than a frozen GF pizza for the same price + less fresh toppings. They remade my pizza, saying there was a CC issue and I really appreciated the honesty and willingness to restart for my safety. 10/10 would recommend GF pizza from here. It was delicious!
Blaze is incredibly well-priced, filling, tasty, and full of options! My favorite gluten free & dairy free comfort food option.
They had an entire cross-contamination protocol and the gf crust was really good. Great experience.
