Not dedicated oven, but use a separate pan for GF dough, and as if you want them to change gloves when making pizzas. Delicious individual pizzas made fast (inside of 5 minutes). Perfect spot for downtown lunch choice. Key for me was no after effects so this place passed the test.

They have a GF, keto, and cauliflower crust! Honestly, I would take the cauliflower crust over the GF. It's delicious! GF was still good though.

I was so impressed!!!!! They put my pizza on a cloth piece before putting it on where they put all the other non gluten pizzas, they changed gloves, and used special pizza cutters. They did a job well done.

I loved their gluten free cauliflower crusted pizza. By far, the best one I’ve had yet, perfect flavor.

Some of the utensils they used come in contact with gluten (at least I think) but I’ve never had a problem and I’m celiac. If you order a gluten free pizza they ask if you need a glove change and they don’t cross contaminate the sauce.

Not safe for celiacs. They tired their best to ensure no cross continuation but unfortunately, it still happened. Got very sick from eating here. They have a gluten free crust and will change gloves but share an oven.

Gluten free pizza is wonderful! They are very careful to change gloves, wipe down the machine that presses the dough, and they know which ingredients have gluten. Highly recommend this place. We go there 2 times a month!

Not safe for celiac. They changed their gloves and have a separate line the pizza goes through. It is the same oven but they have a dedicated spot for GF. The staff very knowledgeable and friendly about going above to ensure safety. I had no problems and would eat here again, but really taking a chance as it goes in the same oven and the dough press is also the same. Pizza was delicious though and we made our own veggie GF pizza.

One of the more Celiac friendly restaurants. I’ve gone three times in the past month. When you order the gluten free crust, they will ask you if it is a preference or an allergy. I let them know that it is severe (Celiac). The first time, they wrote a note on my paper to “change gloves” and they did. Second time, she didn’t change gloves so I had to ask. Third time I went, he changed gloves told me he would wipe things down before preparing my dough. He actually thoroughly cleaned the dough press. All depends on who you get, but the pro is that you watch your food get prepared during the whole process and you can watch for contamination issues. Gluten free crusts are kept on a round mat the whole time so that when it is placed in the oven, it doesn’t get cross-contaminated there. They use a different pizza cutter for gluten free crusts also. Lots of precautions. However there is still a chance for cross-contamination issues. Examples would be scoops spreading sauce from one crust to the next, or workers touching ingredients that someone else has touched with contaminated gloves. Also, I’ve learned that some shredded cheeses are covered in cellulose to prevent them from caking and sometimes the cellulose is made of wheat (not always, it can be made of lots of things). I opt for the Veg Out pizza because it comes with sauce “dallops” where they drop the sauce on and don’t actually touch the crust to spread the sauce around. I’ve never gotten sick at Blaze so far. However, Blaze does have a statement online that they would not consider themselves to be Celiac friendly due to the risk of cross-contamination.

Great service. It was no big deal, they knew exactly what to do. The only thing is the paper they write your order on comes from an area with visible flour. This ends up touching your pizza at the end.

The crust is thin, but very enjoyable. However, it is very, very greasy when it comes out of the oven. The overall pizza was good. You cn also ask for no crotons on the salad, and they don't put on the dressing themselves. It comes in a little container.

They have gf crust, use a separate cutter, and will get safe ingredients, however, the mats they use to cook the gf pizza are not cleaned in between uses and there is no guarantee that the oven down side will not be the pizza side the next time so there is a huge chance of significant cross contamination. I ordered a pizza because i was assured it would Be safe but after watching how it was made i didnt eat it and gave it to my friends.

Blaze Pizza has become my go to for GF pizza. They offer 3 different types of GF crust: cauliflower, GF crust, and Keto crust that is also GF. They press the GF dough separately, change gloves, and when it comes time to put the pizza in the fire oven they place it on a rubber looking disc to avoid cross contamination. I have never had any problems eating here!

Delicious pizza with different gluten free crust options but they really don’t alert their employees about glove changes you have to tell each person on the line to change their gloves. And cross contamination can easily occur. I have yet to get sick but I also do take gluten digestion pills prior to eating here just in case . Sometimes I crave a good pizza that has many options.

We do pretty well here but aren’t super sensitive. They have several different crusts that are GF. No question there will be cross contamination but they try with glove changes, different ladle for sauce and diff pizza cutters. They dip hands in other toppings so for sure there is some exchange.

The staff was very knowledgeable of being gluten-free. They use dedicated bins for gluten-free sauces and dedicated utensils and pans. The lady that fixed my pizza washed her hands and changed gloves before touching my pizza dough. She then followed down the line fixing my pizza instead of passing it onto the other fixers. I was very impressed with the way they handled my food. Will definitely be going back there.

They had a couple different gluten free crust options. They asked if a needed glove or ladle changes when I request a GF crust. Most of the toppings were also safe. In my opinion the pizza itself could have used more cheese, but I think that could be requested. Overall felt safe eating here.

They ask if it’s an allergy or preference and do change gloves but that’s where it stops. Same utensils for sauce and toppings, then they put it directly on the same cooking surface as the regular crust. From there it gets pulled out and cut on the same surface using the same slicer. I’ll be sick I’m sure.

I've been there twice, first time was amazing, they kept everything separate, asked if I needed gloves changed, all the standard stuff when you've got a celiac in your building. My second time today was a little more lax, and me, being naive and with my guard down, didn't pay as much attention, but the warning signs were all there that I should have been more careful. There was a new guy who really wasn't paying attention, kept trying to do stuff with my pizza and not respecting the GF crust. Well I still ate it, felt pretty foggy shortly after starting and knew something was off. I took the rest home and tested it in my Nima Gluten tester and it turned up positive for gluten. I'm really disappointed because they are great tasty pizza, but 50/50 chance of getting gluten is not a good time. It's a great place, you just gotta watch them like a hawk and remember there is flour flying all over the place. I'd call it gluten sensitive safe, not celiac safe.

I let them know it was an allergy and the woman making my pizza took precautions (wore gloves, used fresh spoon for sauce) but there’s real no way to completely avoid cross contact here. I have celiac and haven’t gotten sick here before, but it’s definitely risky! There’s no GF way to get the pesto base (it’s a paintbrush), and you probably need to remind the guy who takes it out of the oven to do a glove change/use a new cutter/etc. Blaze also has vegan options/multiple gf crusts to pick from.

I have been to a few Blaze Pizza’s around the country and this is probably my least favorite. Staff seems disinterested and upset when they have to change their gloves. They still cross contaminate items even thought it is an allergy (same sauce bucket as regular pizzas, each that staff member that works on the pizza doesn’t change gloves). The atmosphere is chaotic and I usually feel a little sick after eating here. Won’t be going back to this location. I recommend giving one in another city a try!

The website says they take precautions but the person who was taking orders said they just changed gloves. I asked if they would open fresh toppings. She asked the supervisor who said they would make it in thef back with all fresh stuff. The food is cooked in the same oven as tall pizzas. You also have to ask them not to cut the pizza or they might just use the used cutters
