Review of Blaze Pizza

As someone with Celiac, I would say that it is risky to eat here. Nevertheless I did, and it was delicious, and I didn't get sick. Staff seem knowledgeable about contamination issues and try their best to minimize the risk. They change their gloves and clean the pizza dough roller prior to rolling out the gluten free dough. They also have a few choices of dough including a keto dough. They also keep the pizza on other own silicone-like mat, so that in the oven it doesn't come in contact with what the other pizzas rest on. If you have celiac, I would say use your best judgement, I'm pretty sensitive but had no issues here.
