Went to find this bakery, couldn’t find it, and turns out it’s just a freezer section of a health food store. I’m not sure I’d call this dedicated gluten free as the health food store has lots of non GF baked good. Super disappointing for my GF kiddo who was looking forward to fresh baked goods!

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

Important note: when I visited on April 28th, the railroad avenue location was closed due to the business being moved. Fortunately the movers were on site and they informed me that the business is selling out of some freezers in the back of the health food store at 1191 Creston road. Hopefully they will update their sign and this listing soon. The remainder of this review refers to the products I found at the new location.

I tried some vegan muffins, we're all great. Also tried a dinner roll but wasn't so thrilled about that. The new location appears to be selling Frozen goods only. I don't think that they're offering sandwiches at this time, but it would be great if they could bring that back to the menu.

Although the food is all baked in a fully gluten-free facility, they're now being sold in health food store that probably does have gluten containing products. Therefore I would like to suggest that the business more prominently mark their products to indicate that they are gluten free. In the meantime, the health food store staff was able to direct me to the freezers where these products were located and I was pretty confident that what I was buying was indeed gluten free.

Such good sandwiches! I had the Turkey on Focaccia bread and my Partner a burger, both were great and we brought home a loaf of sourdough bread and yummy, soft peanut butter cookies!

Great stop for lunch!

Our family stopped on our drive from the Bay Area to San Luis Obispo, and we had a terrific lunch. The women working at the cafe were very helpful and welcoming. And the lunch was great! There were four of us and we had - the Thankful Heart (turkey cranberry sandwich), meatloaf sandwich, cheeseburger, and waffle and egg breakfast sandwich. Everyone left full and happy! And so appreciative that there’s a fully GF cafe in this convenient location. Also, the cafe has very charming outdoor shaded tables.

Wonderful, kind women when I visited helped me through their products. Everything was frozen so I let it come to room temperature. Cupcakes we’re not my taste. I prefer a really sweet frosting but this was very fluffy and not sweet. I’m sure others would love it here, especially since it’s safe for us celiacs!

Felt very safe knowing everything was GF. Sandwiches were great, cupcake was ok, Greek quiche was overly salty, but wonderful that they had something like that!

I found out about this bakery from a local coffee shop that uses their gf bread for their toast, and was super excited when I heard they serve sandwiches! Certified gluten free, I felt very confident eating here. The staff was so kind and the food was delicious. I tried both the waffle sandwich and the spicy turkey sandwich with the rosemary garlic bun - absolutely delicious! They also sell bread by the loaf so I bought some of that too. Really yummy and would highly recommend for celiacs!

We have been getting cupcakes at this bakery for years. They are very tasty. We have also had their sandwiches. Today, for the first time, we had their donuts. YUM! Both the chocolate and the glazed were excellent. I warmed mine up in the microwave for a few seconds since they are kept refrigerated. They tasted just like a regular donut. We also had the ham and cheese quiche for the first time today. It was also good. Support this dedicated GF bakery if you are in the area. You won't be disappointed.

This bakery was wonderful. Shared 2 sandwiches with my husband who can eat quite a bit but we were both full on the sandwiches. The bread was quite rich and filling. Keto options for sandwiches and dessert. I had a piece of cake and it was excellent!

Being allergic to wheat when you find a place like this it’s pretty much like pure delight then you get an unbelievable bread sandwich that is beyond imagination good and well... it was a good week on the road.

As a celiac, I love finding all dedicated gluten-free facility. My husband and I loved the sandwiches we got- BLT on sourdough and the BBQ pork (vegan-jackfruit) on sourdough. So delicious!! The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars is that neither of the two staff that were working wore masks! I was shocked and it really turned me off. Especially since they required their guests to wear masks.

Lovely little bakery on one of the side streets in downtown. Some outside seating. Friendly and welcoming staff with a great assortment of all gf sweets and savories. Perfect for the traveling celiac too as I got a half loaf of bread.

I had the beat sandwich in forever here as did my non gluten free friends. My one friend who is a chef bought two loaves of her stuffing bread that is amazing!!! I bought many things, including the best gf donuts I've ever had. She's a gf genius and super sweet too. I hope to be back as soon as I can.

A dedicated gluten free spot with tasty food. We've been there a couple of times and liked everything we had. The thankful heart sandwich is our favorite. I'm addicted to the stuffing bread and the fresh, real turkey tastes so good. In addition to the menu items you can get several different loaves of bread and rolls and a variety of tasty desserts (all gluten free). It would be easy to miss if you didn't know it was there but we are so happy to have found out about it.

Small, cozy, and outside seating which is dog friendly. Homemade rolls, crackers, donuts etc. Most items are low glycemic and dairy free. Vegan options as well. Son had a BLT on homemade bread which was very good. Husband and I had the waffle/egg/bacon sandwhich which was good, but I missed the cheese and he missed syrup. Would absolutely go back, but will order a different sandwhich next time.

Smaller selection of baked goods. I enjoyed a lemon poppy seed muffin and a double chocolate donut.

Bless Your Heart is a real gem! Our sandwiches were delicious and the vegan german chocolate cupcake was heavenly. The owner and staff were so incredibly friendly. We are new to the area and will be back frequently!!!

This place is a dream for anyone with food sensitivities. Wonderful selection of breakfast/lunch sandwiches, as well as treats like donuts and cupcakes. In addition to having breakfast there 2 days in a row, I bought a loaf of sourdough and some DELICIOUS rosemary crackers to snack on later and take on our travels. Even hubby who has no food sensitivities enjoyed all of it. They are so friendly too, and have a cute little patio for eating outside. Definitely patronize this gem.

First, the food was so good! I had the homemade black bean burger and my husband had the meatloaf sandwich. Both were delicious! The best part is that because it's a completely Gluten-free establishment, my husband felt safe to eat there. He doesn't eat out at all because of cross contamination, so this was wonderful. They also had yummy snack bars and chips, which we took to go. And we ate on the shaded patio with our dog. Bonus: the people were super nice. If I could give it 10 stars I would!

Dedicated gluten free and low glycemic. Done things are great, many taste gluten free. The bread is very dense but still makes a good sandwich. Sometimes the cupcakes are too hard to eat, maybe they let them sit on the shelf too long... I can't say for certain because there's no date on the products.

The owner is both celiac and diabetic, so all of it is gluten free and low glycemic, even the cupcakes and deserts! We bought some garlic focaccia after trying one of the samples set out and bought a whole loaf that we finished while driving that day lol. They have gf sourdough! How cool! The cupcakes are very different from normal cupcakes, they are not nearly as sweet, but very moist, and the icing is a nice sweet bite. I had a red velvet which was made with beans and beets, so interesting! We'd all be much better off if we ate cupcakes like this all the time.
