Located in the Maui Gardens (fancy food truck park). Staff was not very knowledgeable about gluten free but we did our own research and felt confident that our order was gluten free. No reaction. Fun and delicious treat.

Phenomenal service! Very well educated on cross contamination, almost everything is gluten free. The owner is gluten free! Highly recommend this food truck. It was absolutely delicious.
