Staff was knowledgeable, and there were lots of options for me. They were able to accommodate my celiac disease and tree nut/peanut allergies. Cross contamination-wise, it might have been more of a risk for me than I would typically take, but I did not get glutened here :)
Our product is gluten free. Most of our toppings menu is gluten free! We are very aware of all types of food allergies, and are very proactive about cross-contamination.
