I like eating at their South Burlington location and echo what others have said about the many options for salads, burgers, nuggets, packaged GF cookies or brownies available for dessert.
Unfortunately I had an experience here at the Williston location where I ended up not feeling confident that the staff understood about preventing cross contamination even though I asked about it and explained what was needed. They didn’t seem to know what I was talking about when I asked about preventing cross-contamination in the kitchen with my burger.
I feel like if you’re going to make a point of having the entire restaurant GF except for the wheat buns, the least you can do is take the time to properly train staff so they already know about preventing cross-contamination before a customer with celiac disease orders.
One other thing I find frustrating is that there is no way to order online or on the computer kiosks and indicate that you have celiac disease. You have to tell them yourself.
As with anywhere not dedicated GF, and especially at this location since they don’t seem to train staff thoroughly: It’s very important to make sure they know if you have celiac disease or another highly sensitive condition because otherwise they won’t take precautions to prevent cross contamination with the wheat buns.
Another important note: all the fried chicken is soaked in milk before the breading is applied, so there are limited dairy free options. Most salads and burgers also have cheese. I have had them with the cheese omitted, but it feels like the meal is incomplete & not as good of a deal when a key ingredient from the original recipe is missing, I really prefer to have options that are GFDF by default.
DF options:
There is a GFDF veggie burger option, turkey burgers, and beef burgers, and at the South Burlington location I’ve been able to have them sub tofu for the fried chicken in one of the salads, which was good. One of the salads does not normally come with cheese and was good, but not quite filling enough for me, so I got a cookie that time.

We ordered a gluten free hotdog bun and they sent out a wheat bun. My celiac son ate half of it before I realized their mistake. Staff is not trained properly. Cooks understood the mistake but other staff kinda clueless. I was very clear with the cashier , my son wanted a hot dog, I told him I thought the buns might have gluten., girl at counter explained they actually have gluten free hot dog buns, so I ordered it. My son started eating hot dog and I noticed it was a New England style split top bun, we have search for these for a long time in gluten-free. I’ve never been able to find them, so I asked where they got them from, was given the name of the break, bakery, and when I looked it up, it was not a gluten-free bakery. no apology from the staff

Almost everything is GF! Yummy fried chicken, fries and sweet potato fries! Grain bowl was disappointing because it was cold. But still very tasty.

GF items Burgers, quinoa grain bowls, salads and...fries! Local & organic produce and meats! They even have pre-wrapped GF treats and adult beverages.
Successful all but once—when they served me the wrong bun. So now I just get salads and fries there.

I got a burger with a gluten free bun with sweet potato fries and house made honey mustard sauce. It was great! Bun was not dry and crumbly like some I have tried. Very pleasantly surprised to find out the nuggets are gluten free as well. Will definitely be going again. Very happy.

Everything is GF except for the burger buns (GF options available), so it was a relief to enjoy GF chicken nugz and fries. Staff very knowledgeable about cross contamination (used a different surface and changed gloves) and very friendly. This was a big hit with the kids.

I ate here twice this past weekend and oh my goodness, I'm obsessed! Fried chicken nuggets and sandwiches! The food is absolutely delicious and completely gluten-free, save for the sandwich/burger buns (gluten-free buns are available). My server was great and made sure to note I have celiac. I tried the chocolate shake and Very Berry smoothie as well and loved them both. Definitely going to be coming back here!

Dedicated fryer, delicious salads, organic soda. The only thing with gluten apparently are the sandwich buns. There are gf buns available also. I steered clear of sandwiches and had the Mr Crispy salad 2 days in a row. 2nd day added fries on the side. I’m a very sensitive celiac and had no problems either day. Food was made to order and delicious.

It seemed to me like the whole menu was gluten free or could be made that way! Great fried chicken sandwich, great shoestring French fries and sweet potato fries, great chicken tenders and burger as well. On top of all of that we each ordered a milkshake. Great place!

This restaurant is relatively new but I've already been a few times and I think it will be our regular go to for takeout and when we don't feel like making Dinner. They have a good range of choices for anyone looking for GF, vegetarian, or vegan options but also plenty of things that will satisfy someone who just wants a quick good quality burger and fries. They also put an emphasis on local food and sustainable packaging. Everything they make is GF or can be made GF. The coating on their crispy chicken sandwiches are GF which means their fries and their fryer are completely Celiac safe!
