They have gluten free wraps they can prepare their sandwiches with and will ask if it’s for an allergy or preference. Everything I’ve tried so far here was great! The chai is particularly good.

I'm so excited! This is my favourite cafe! It's not listed on the menu yet, but I just found out they stock Joseph's Bakery Gluten Free Wraps and can make any of their sandwiches in one of these!

The staff is very attentive and knowledgable about their menu and willing to work with you to find a substitution or solution!

For coffee lovers with allergies, they have a variety of milk options.

I wouldn’t eat here—staff weren’t sure if the oats in their parfait are gluten free and there isn’t anything obvious to eat labeled gluten free. I love to meet for coffee here but stick to a banana and orange juice. Nothing against the place, it’s just not particularly celiac friendly.

Wife has celiac’s and she got the breakfast bowl. Staff was knowledgeable about what was/wasn’t GF. Not a ton of options, but the breakfast bowl was pretty good.
