Review of Bloom Bake Shop

GF biscuits and gravy. Need I say more? :) Have had a nice conversation with the owner about all the precautions she takes for GF. She knows her stuff and takes it seriously. I did once have a mixup with a takeaway order, but I should have checked it before I walked out the door. (Thankfully, I could tell the difference by sight, and didn’t consume any of it.)
