The tacos were both to die for. I’ll be dreaming of these until I eat them again! 🤤the banana blossom in the Baja was OUT OF CONTROL! Really satisfied all the “beach side fish taco” vibes! It even kinda looked like fish! Mind blown! The flavor on the asada was out of this world. Spot spot on! Nothing “missing” here!
Buffalo cauliflower- had twice. Pretty great fried texture while fantastic interior remained intact. Perfection. Gimme more of the fun garnish- SO yummy!
Truffle fries were great too!
Went for happy hour today! Had the sugar snap peas, 1/4 shroom and chorizo pizza, Buffalo cauliflower and the red carrot dumplings! The dumplings were my favorite and could have eaten 6 portions- really fresh and highlighted each ingredient as the bite transforms in your mouth! Snap peas were fun- loved the basil to brighten up the dark sauce! The only thing I did not particularly care for was the cheese on the pizza and that is because I do not eat many vegan cheese. But I will say, this was better than any I’ve had before because it was really melty/pulled. The crust however was really excellent and I’d consider one of the best GF crusts to date in 7 years. Hats off to you brilliant chef/r&d team!
