Review of Blu Star Grill

Very Celiac friendly. Menu clearly marked what is GF and Keto (if you’re interested in Keto options). Made a reservation, but they weren’t honoring them upon arrival due to a severe staffing shortage thanks to the pandemic. The host (perhaps owner) was extremely apologetic. It was worth the wait though, which wasn’t excessive. Excellent hamburger on a GF bun that did not fall apart. I ate every bit of it. The burger was cooked to perfection and the cheese perfectly melted with just the right amount of caramelized onions. They will cook the food separately if you have any concerns. Yes, there is a dedicated fryer for fries. Also had a complimentary GF cookie. It was a little hard. It’s the thought that counts. Nice atmosphere and very friendly and accommodating staff. Lots of menu options but I am always happy with eating a burger at a restaurant. Highly recommend.
