Stopped in for Sunday brunch based on reviews inside and outside of this app. It was about an hour wait but we were able to walk around town and site-see while we waited for a text telling us our table was ready. Hostess said most if not all omelettes were gluten free and I could substitute fruit or tomato slices for the bread. They don’t have any gluten free bread substitutes. They also offered Benedict’s with a tomato slice instead of the English muffin. We ordered the Avocado Omelette and the Florida Shrimp Omelette. We asked the server to box up the banana bread in a to go container as my husband isn’t gluten free. Our breakfast arrived with a small side of fruit as well as the banana bread all packaged up for us. Both of our meals were delicious and you can’t beat the ambience or the live music that was playing outside. They don’t show gluten free items on the menu but the staff seemed knowledgeable and I had zero reactions after our meal. We will definitely be back. I can’t speak for their gluten free options for lunch or dinner but when I asked the hostess there were a few options available and that the servers could help guide me to find a meal that satisfied my needs.

I had an omelet and fruit for brunch and it was very good. No gluten free toast but I am not a big bread eater. Staff was good but busy. I have had no gluten affects so I am very happy. The music was amazing!

Great experience, not many options on the menu however waiter explained that I could get a Benedict and sub for potato’s instead of the English muffin. The traditional key lime hollandaise sauce was fantastic with the potatoes.

I really like the atmosphere here and I enjoy the shrimp and grits for breakfast but there are not many gluten free options. Depending on your server they may know more about celiacs and help you figure out what you can eat but some servers do not understand. I worry about cross contamination here. You can go here and get something basic like an omelet. I personally think there were even less dinner options for gluten free.

Asked the server and she said anything that normally wouldn’t have gluten doesn’t. She also said that the bread in the benedicts can be subbed for potatoes fruit or spinach, i got it w potatoes. Very good, also got an omelette.

Not a lot of options here- only suggestion the waitress had was an omelet. It was delicious though!

Great! The waitress knew exactly what celiac was and offered options! Dinner was great. I ordered crab and lobster and had no reaction after! They had a wide variety of gluten free options!

Although they do not have a gluten free menu the waitress was very knowledgeable and helpful to suggest options for me. I ordered the snapper which comes with a wonderful sauce on top and is served with corn which is pan fried to perfection and string beans and rice as a substitute for pasta. It was delicious. Wonderful Key West setting outside under the trees.

No gluten free menu. Not worth the wait.
Best you can get is a salad which has no flavor.
This is my second time here. I would say they can make *some accommodations to help keep your food gluten free like not adding bread but they don’t offer gluten free bread or muffins. My husband and I are gluten and dairy free and don’t eat pork either and let’s just say he had a bowl of fruit and a piece of cashew “cheesecake”. I had scrambled eggs and potatoes. Eggs were mediocre. Ambiance is ok. Chickens everywhere
This was absolutely our favorite meal while staying in Key West, and we had a lot of great meals!! I splurged for the steak and added scallops. SO GOOD!! Our waitress made sure to let the cooks know to leave the bread off my plate and confirmed wine was okay for me to have as they used it in sauces. The veggies were delicious, but my favorite was the skillet corn! It’s outdoor seating but we were near a large fan so we weren’t too hot, and the whole area is covered so we were dry during a random downpour.

Limited options, but my salad was very good and I didn't get sick.

Ordered Eggs Benedict and substituted potatoes for English muffin. Hollandaise sauce is gluten free. Waitress was super helpful!
Waitress was very knowledgeable and helped me navigate the menu. Any of the eggs benedicts can be modified to be gluten free. They serve it on top of potatoes and a slice of tomato instead of english muffins. I had the lobster benedict. OMG it was SOOOO good!
Yes
Very nice fruit bowl- my husband ate the banana bread that came with it. (It is served separate so no contamination). The coffee is weak but the eggs looked good! Bacon was crispy!
Yes
Although there are Gluten Free options, there are no specific gluten free breads or sauces. The menu for lunch and dinners are meals that are generally gluten free, such as omelets, burgers without out buns and meats without sauces. Limited items, however they make a wonderful lobster omelet while your friends are dining on homemade banana bread, tasty pancakes and French toast. Wonderful local atmosphere unique large outdoor dining with the chickens.

There was no dedicated gluten free miracle. No indication on regular menu of what could be modified as GF. Server was very ignorant and not really willing to accommodate. Had the shrimp and grits and they weren't very flavorful.
No
There were plenty of GF choices...delicious food
Yes
The GF options were clearly marked on the menu and wait staff was super attentive to dietary restrictions. No later side effects, felt great. We dined outside. We loved the unique ambiance of the patio and bar area. Staff were super friendly and helpful. This is a place we'd come back to again and again. Love it!
THIS GREAT RESTAURANT IS OPEN AND NOT CLOSED
Yes
Multiple options for gluten free but make sure to clarify prior to order-gluten free plate served with glutinous corn bread
No gf menu.....only basics, eggs, fruit, etc as other reviews mentioned....not happy
No
Nothing is marked and it is only the eggs and bacon that is gf
I'm not sure why the other reviews say there are not GF options because I had a great experience. I had the filet mignon with a great wine sauce, green beans and corn. Felt great afterwards and I do have celiac.
Nothing on the menu for gluten allergy except the basics (eggs, meat, fruit). If there is a gluten free menu I didn't see it. I told my server about my allergy and he seemed pretty clueless, so I just ordered an omelette with fruit. The omelette was fine, but nothing special. My gluten tolerant friends loved their pancakes, toast and banana bread.

I find it laughable that restaurants claim gluten free, yet staff is clueless. To previous 'starving' poster, there are few choices in KW for GF. L Petit Paris is about it. They changed their name to Covonut something, but same owners, same menu.

I ordered the scallops (side of corn, green beans, and rice), and they were awesome! GF options were clearly marked on the menu and wait staff was super attentive to my dietary restrictions. No later side effects, felt great.
We dined outside. We loved the unique ambiance of the patio and bar area. Staff were super friendly and helpful. This is a place we'd come back to again and again. Love it!

So many GF options! Wonderful meal. Definitely a must eat at place in Key West!

no gluten free menu. they weren't even sure what gluten was. does no one in the Key's have celiac disease?? I'm starving.

Came here for dinmer. Gluten-Free items noted on the menu. Many options. Excellently prepared food. Carrot curry soup was devine, as was the Scallops Provencal. Very knowledgeable server. Amazing gluten-free dining experience! Beautiful eclectic atmosphere a bonus!
