I get the brisket usually because the chicken is made in a shared fryer. I don’t get what all the hype is about their food, but the management does have knowledge about celiac (you just have to make sure the people taking your order talk to people higher up because they don’t always know) and there are plenty of gf options. Not sure if the sauces are gf, they thought the main bbq sauce includes Worcester sauce with gluten

Woman taking order was very knowledgeable. Entered “no bread” before I asked. Marked “celiac”. Avoid cross contamination. (Already choices in computer.). When manager saw the ticket, she immediately went on high alert to make sure protocols were being followed. Sides were clearly marked GF or not. Yummy!

Super delicious bbq! Ordered two meat platter with chopped brisket and pulled pork. Got slaw and potato salad on the side. The person at the register had knowledge about cross contamination issues (Celiacs can’t have Brussels sprouts bc they are in a shared fryer). All sauces are fine except jerk. Bc of how fatty and rich the meats were, I went with the spicy vinegar. The brisket was a standout bc it was not dry at all. I usually avoid ordering it at most bbq places bc of quality issues but it was amazing.

Aware of cross contamination. No soy sauce in the marinades or sauces. They do primarily sandwiches so some cross contamination is likely but they’re pretty careful.

Delicious food. Staff knew exactly what I was talking about. A lot of menu is gf. Will become a repeat. These people are AMAZING. They mark cross contamination on the takeout option and they called (!) when we ordered something that might be cross-contaminated.

Some of the most excellent BBQ in New Orleans. Just tell them "no bread or crackers" and that you have a gluten allergy. also, avoid the jerk sauce. It's made with soy sauce.
