This place was amazing!! The waitstaff was super knowledgeable about their gluten free options and took all the precautions. The chef made the bisque from scratch since the one on the menu actually has gluten in it and it was the BEST!! He also made the gator bites with corn meal instead of the regular breading so I would be able to eat it (this was also so so good)! Will definitely go back there again!

They DO have clearly marked GF selections on their menu!! Quaint atmosphere with excellent service. Coupled with food I felt safe eating...Definitely recommend!

I was with a large party of people who all wanted to go to this restaurant. I looked at the menu and got nervous; nothing was marked gluten free and everything looked potentially hazardous (lots of fried foods). I try not to miss out on group outings due to my diet restrictions so I went anyway. I took the waitress to the side to ask if she could help me to find something gluten free from their menu. After checking in with the kitchen she informed me that the Jambalaya was gluten free. I got the Jambalaya and a side salad. It was so delicious and I am just so glad I went on the outing and was actually able to eat. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient with my requests.
Again, there is really only one entree option that is gluten free so don’t go here unless you want Jambalaya or a side salad. That being said, their Jambalaya was the best I’ve ever had! Chef Mike’s passion for creole food can be tasted in his dishes. He even personally came to us after dinner to make sure we enjoyed our meal.
I will happily eat here any and every time I visit Chattanooga!
