The waiter was very helpful. He didn’t know all the GF details, but was learning from the chef as the meal went along, asking him questions without me having to. Through this I learned the lobster bisque is made with rice flour. It was amazing! They offered to adapt the salad, without me having to ask. The halibut special was cooked to perfection. They offered to make it on separate cooking surface even though I didn’t ask for that. All the sides that came with this meal were GF, as was the lobster mashed potatoes I tasted from my daughters plate. Two of the 3 desserts were GF! Excellent creme brûlée and flourless chocolate cake. A different food runner brought out the GF plates.

Staff were very knowledgeable about gluten-free options on the menu. Waiter recognized green beans had soy sauce in the seasoning, so they were a no go for me. I had the 7oz filet mignon and Brussels sprouts. I did not get glutened.
